We hosted an online singles event, “Coffee & Wine with Japanese Women”, last night. Our participants were 5 men and 6 women, and they were all in their 30’s. They attended from San Francisco, Texas, Canada, India, and Japan. Each one of them had 10 minutes of private conversation with each of the 6 dates in a break out room on Zoom.

After all of the sessions, they selected a maximum of two persons with whom they wanted to say hello to again. Three couples were made as a result. They exchanged their contacts and were able to start communicating.

   All of the participants are our full members.  Their purpose is clear. They became a member because they would like to marry a Japanese woman.    Since all participants are our full members, TJM’s matchmakers deeply understand our members’ preferences. We selected the participants with the goal of obtaining highly successful matchmaking results. For example, we do not invite Japanese women who are in their 40’s to attend our event for male participants in their 30’s.

3. Unexpected Results
   Participants attended our event without seeing our female members’ profiles before the event. What will happen? Yes, miracles do happen. Although they could be a great match, some members are too selective and they decide not to meet most of the candidates that our matchmakers selected for them if they do not feel chemistry with the profile and photos. So, in our events members attend with an open mind which allows them to meet people they might not have considered before. Often
   our members are surprised at a person’s beauty when meeting in person.

4. Matchmakers’ Support
   All of the participants are full members, so they receive Matchmakers’ support before and after our events. Although there are no matches during the event, we follow up with them and introduce them to their dates from the event or other candidates individually.

We will host our next singles events on Dec. 18, 2021 for men in their late 50’s and early 60’s and another event on Jan. 22, 2022 for men in their late 40’s and early 50’s.
