As I write this blog, I know that Thanksgiving can be a very sad day for single men and women if they are alone and have no one to celebrate the holiday with. I had a hard time when I was single.

Do you have any plans to celebrate Thanksgiving this year?

I am going to visit NYC and New Jersey on Nov. 23rd and 24th. If you are there and would like to attend you are welcome to join this event.

We are going to prepare Nabe that is similar to Sukiyaki but it is not soy-based. Nabe is lighter than Sukiyaki, and it is one of the most popular Japanese cuisines in cold winter.
