As we start a new year, I wonder what goals you have set for yourselves.

What are your goals for this year?

For me, 2025 will be the year of new connections.

I will share one of my goals with you and what inspired me.

Tomoko in NYC:

I participated in an online gathering of Japanese women entrepreneurs late last year and had the privilege of networking with female business leaders based in Japan and the United States. One particular connection I made was with Tomoko, a former multi-restaurant owner in New York City. Our conversation sparked the idea of organizing a matchmaking event in New York City.

Mrs. Y in Los Angeles:

Last year, we had a wonderful get-together with Japanese women who had recently married TJM members. They shared invaluable experiences of their married lives overseas. Ms. Y, who’s living a fulfilling life in Los Angeles, was particularly enthusiastic about the idea of helping us organize a matchmaking event there.

Exploring the Possibility of Hosting Events：
