Hello everyone, this is Naoko Matsumoto from TJM. We are already nearly a month into 2026! I hope you are all having a wonderful start to the year.

On Saturday, January 24th, we hosted our TJM ZOOM Matchmaking Event. Today, I’d like to share the high-energy atmosphere of the day and some “essential advice” for all the gentlemen out there looking to capture their own happiness.

A High-Energy 90 Minutes Spanning the Globe

For this event, we were joined by six wonderful men and six lovely women.

Gentlemen: Mostly in their 30s and 40s. They joined us with great passion from all over the world—two from California, and others from Texas, Michigan, Virginia, and Guam.

Ladies: Mostly in their 30s. One is in her 20’s and one is in her 40’s. They joined from Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and even New Jersey.

Using ZOOM breakout rooms, each participant had a 10-minute, one-on-one session with every person of the opposite gender. At the end, everyone selected up to three people they wished to meet again. It was an intense, non-stop 90-minute session, and as always, it was highly rated by our participants who told us how much they enjoyed it!

As a result of this event, we had 7 successful matches in total (including multiple matches for some participants).

Participants who matched have successfully exchanged contact details. Following our process, we kindly asked the gentlemen to make the first move by sending an introductory email to the ladies.

With everyone’s kind support and cooperation, the entire ZOOM session was filled with a relaxed and harmonious vibe.

My sincere thanks to everyone who attended. I am also deeply grateful that my husband, Roland, could join us and contribute to the event’s success.

The Magic of Moving Her Heart in “One Minute”

Through this event, I was reminded once again of the incredible power of the self-introduction.

We asked everyone to prepare a one-minute self-introduction in advance. To be honest, for many women, this is quite a challenge that requires a lot of courage. That’s why our TJM staff is dedicated to coaching and supporting our female members to help them shine and express their true charm.

Now, how about you, gentlemen? You might be used to business presentations or elevator pitches in your professional life. But matchmaking is not a business negotiation.

What a woman is looking for isn’t just your specs or achievements; she is looking for the moment your kindness, reliability, and big-heartedness shine through. To make her think, “I can visualize a warm, happy home with this person,” you need a little bit of “practice.”

Share a Memorable Story with an “Edge”

I remember one lady from a previous event. She seemed quite reserved at first, but then she shared her hobby: “I love riding my Harley-Davidson, and I’ve actually traveled across the length of Japan on it!” Her passion and the surprising contrast to her appearance instantly made her a favorite among the male participants.
You all have your own unique stories, experiences, and dreams. “A one-minute introduction that is uniquely you and truly reaches a woman’s heart.” I encourage you to think about yours. That one minute could truly change your destiny.

Will You Deliver Your Charm via Video?

Many of you might feel that photos and text profiles aren’t enough to convey your true personality.
If that sounds like you, why not record a one-minute self-introduction video (MP4 format) and share it with me? I will share it with our female members within our private, member-only portal (rest assured, it will never be made public).
The amount of information a video conveys is dozens of times greater than a photo. When she can hear your voice and see your expressions and vibe, her reaction will change completely!
