Today, I would like to share TJM’s 2024 New Year’s Resolutions.

10ｘ10 Project
Launching the Matchmaker Training Course:
In 2024, we will officially launch the Matchmaker Training Course. First and foremost, we will train 10 matchmakers and support each of them to successfully create 10 happy couples.

Strengthening the Global Network of Matchmakers and Local Support
These 10 matchmakers will be selected from among married Japanese women living overseas. This initiative will enhance our matchmaking services in various regions.

For example, TJM’s matchmakers network will expand to global cities such as New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Texas, and Singapore. This expansion will enable us to support single men who are seeking Japanese female partners locally.

The Best Jobs for Japanese women who have married internationally through TJM
Matchmaking is an ideal job for Japanese women who have married internationally and live abroad. The reason is that they can utilize their own experiences for the benefit of clients.

Having overcome challenges in intercultural communication and long-distance relationships, they can share the happiness they’ve gained with singles who are looking to marry in the future.

50:50 Project
Creating a platform for more meeting opportunities for men and Japanese women:
We will establish a system to hold annual matchmaking events for 100 single individuals (50 men and 50 women) in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Singapore. It’s called the 50:50 Project since our goal is to have 50 men and 50 women.

More Meeting Opportunities for Men and Japanese Women in the World
We will create more opportunities for single men and women to meet each other all around the world than ever before. We aim to create fun, festival-like events where happy couples can be born.

The 50:50 Project is a long-term goal, but by 2024, we aim to complete the platform needed to implement this project.

100 MTG Project
Listening to More Than 100 Clients’ Voices:
In 2024, we will meet and speak with 100 clients who are in the process of seeking a partner, striving to enhance our support for international marriages further. We will practice listening to everyone’s voices and being empathetic to their needs.

These three are TJM’s New Year’s resolutions for 2024.

The 《10×10 Project》 and the 《50:50 Project》are long-term goals, and in 2024, we aim to take a step forward in their preparation. The 《100 MTG Project》is set as a short-term goal to be definitely achieved within the year, and we have already started its implementation.
