As of July 2024, Traditional Japanese Matchmaker (TJM) has become a member of Japan’s premier matchmaking alliance.

This alliance is a large-scale organization comprised of mostly domestic matchmaking agencies, boasting over 4,000 matchmakers and 90,000 clients. As a publicly listed company, this alliance has been expanding its domestic matchmaking business while accelerating its global reach in recent years.

By joining this alliance, TJM is now able to provide even more secure and reliable matchmaking services to foreign nationals seeking marriage with Japanese women and to Japanese men residing overseas.

Following our affiliation with the alliance, TJM will be implementing the following initiatives:

• System Integration:
  We will be introducing the alliance’s system to provide our members with more opportunities to meet potential partners.
• Review of Existing Services:
  We will be revising our service content and contractual terms in accordance with the alliance’s guidelines.
• Trial Period:
  We will be asking some of our existing full members to test the new system.

Future Plans:

• During 2024: We will be asking some of our existing full members to test the new system. Initially, participation will be limited to those who can operate the system in Japanese due to its current language settings.
• January 2025: We will launch a new membership plan that allows members to use the new system.
