We hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. Due to changes in the current economic climate we have decided to adjust our membership fee structure effective March 1, 2024. This adjustment is a necessary measure to maintain and further enhance the quality of the services we offer.

Fee Adjustment Details:

Profile Registration Fee: The current fee of $350 will be adjusted to $380.
Full Membership Registration Fee: The current fee of $3,500 will be adjusted to $3,800.

Implementation Schedule:

Members who complete their registration and payment by February 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) will be subject to the current rates.

Registrations and payments processed on or after March 1, 2024, at 00:00 AM (Pacific Time) will be subject to the new fee structure.

Background and Purpose of the Adjustment:

This fee adjustment is aimed at adapting to the changing economic environment while ensuring the maintenance and improvement of service quality for our members. It is intended to address the increase in costs due to the yen’s depreciation against the dollar, without compromising the quality of our services. We plan to enhance support structures, introduce new services, and improve the quality of existing services.

Request to Our Members:

Should you have any questions or need further explanation regarding the fee adjustment, please do not hesitate to contact us. We encourage members considering renewal or new registration to complete their transactions before the adjustment date to benefit from the current rates.
