Effective February 1, 2025, TJM will adjust its success fee to $2,000. This adjustment is in alignment with the standardized success fee guidelines set forth by IBJ (株式会社IBJ), a leading matchmaking organization of which TJM is a member. As a member of IBJ, we have been requested to align our fee structure with their industry standards.

by January 31, 2025:

For members who have completed full membership registration by January 31, 2025:

The success fee will remain at $1,000 per client.

Members who agree to provide testimonials may be eligible for a discounted fee, potentially reducing the success fee to $0, depending on the specific discount plan. In other words, the success fee for these members will range from $0 to $1,000.
